I normally do 30 day resolved price listings ~ above ebay, not auctions. Newly I started doing \"Good til Cancelled\" instead of 30 days. That does a 30 day listing, then automatically relists once it expires. But I realized I might not constantly want to renew, particularly when yes sir a timing glitch that will cause me come be charged a bunch of listing fees that periodically you deserve to avoid just by waiting a job or two.

You are watching: Ebay good till cancelled vs 30 day

But i can't check out any means to adjust this settings? I have actually a bunch the items listed right now, i really don't want to cancel and also relist every item. Is there part trick to just an altering it?

No. Ebay has switched everything to an excellent Till Cancelled now. BUT, they additionally just switched to to \"monthly\" rather of

30 day listings, so girlfriend don't need to worry about getting fee for the last day. So, if an item starts on might 5th, it will certainly renew top top June 5th, July fifth etc

Hmmm that's weird, I'm not thrilled the this is the just buy-it-now option. Yet it wouldn't be ebay if they didn't execute stupid things.

But i just lugged up a fresh brand-new post page and it states this by duration:

To aid you market your item, addressed price listings have the right to only be provided with a good 'Til Cancelled duration. Listings renew instantly every 30 days, based on the listing state at that time, till all amounts sell or the listing ends. Each time a listing renews and also when an object sells, you’ll be charged applicable fees.

This is various than the switch to 'monthly' girlfriend mentioned. The wouldn't it is in the an initial time ebays post incorrect information. But do you have a resource for that?

I just remembered why this go not occupational for me. I list things high and also then lower the price every time ns relist. Auto-relisting at the very same price isn't walk to job-related for me at all. Together an dreadful website.

Your time is ironic. Playing through durations simply as ebay is doing away with durations.
